Description
Breda Gardner qualified and worked as a nurse for 15 years, before a growing dissatisfaction with some of the ways and methods of traditional medicine led her to study a range of complementary therapies. The mother of four children, she holds qualifications in homeopathy, iridology, kinesiology and nutrition. She runs successful complementary health clinics in Kilkenny and Waterford, organises regular positive living workshops, and writes natural health columns for three newspapers. The 101 articles, questions and answers in this book are drawn from the best-received newspaper columns, updated and revised. They are based on Breda’s extensive experience of both traditional and complementary medicine, and underline her belief that the complementary approach can offer explanations, solutions and hope for all types of health issues.
Personally I feel that this is a book that should be in every household!

What a great book – it gives information as well as insight into our everyday health issues. Homeopathy has always played a major role in my family’s health and well-being.

In her holistic approach to healing, Breda embodies the principles of true health, treating the whole individual, and taking into account the underlying physical, psychological, environmental, emotional and spiritual barriers that can block the path to well-being.
